As an expert in enterprise SaaS and PaaS design and implementation, I spearheaded the development and delivery of B2B, B2C, and G2B digital products. My transformational approach to product management allowed for agile training, transformation, and implementation. I provided end-to-end solutions for digital product development across various platforms, including web, mobile, and Web3 that delivered amazing experiences to our clients and users.

I was responsible for leading a team of 23 product managers to develop cutting-edge analytics applications and solutions using advanced technologies like AI, ML, Tensorflow, and NLP. My team delivered advanced visualizations and analytics solutions that drove our manufacturing and supply chains for key aircraft programs like 777, 787, 737, P8, Tanker, and more.


In addition, I created the portfolio product roadmap for the Analytics and Information team, managing a combined roadmap across 27 products spanning Boeing Commercial Air (BCA) and Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS). My leadership and expertise in product management played a key role in driving innovation and success at Boeing.

As Sr. Product Manager for Competitive Gaming at Wizards of the Coast, owned by Hasbro, I was responsible for the competitive play digital experience, from new feature development to backlog prioritization, risk analysis, strategic planning, and roadmap. With over 30 million players worldwide, my work ensured the best experience for all.


Additionally, I prioritized new feature development and bug prioritization for the Wizards Large Tournament Reporting software (WLTR) that manages 70 professional-level events with a multi-million dollar prize pool. My leadership resulted in improved engagement among our players globally by 35% and with local game stores in the US by 30%.

As Director of Product and Web at DRI, I managed a team of web engineers and data analysts, driving production releases through iterative commitments and roadmaps. Our team used PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, XML, and SPSS to develop online survey creation tools, data automation, and integrity validation tools, which were widely used by our bedrock client, Weight Watchers.


I also spearheaded the development of the Waggle Drupal Module, a white-label market research tool that analyzed customer sentiment and built dynamic data segmentation models for Weight Watchers Global.
